Guarana for me is one of those things that you should only take every once and a while. So I stopped taking it for about a week. Then tried taking it again and it still did nothing. Maybe it's just my body, but now I need at least two to notice any effect. It's not that I even feel more alert now, it just makes me feel like I drank to much coffee. I will finish the bottle and then will not buy it again. Different supplements work differently for everyone though! Just because this didn't work for me longterm, that's not to say it won't work wonderfully for you. Trial and error is key with anything like this.

Very importantly, the jitters went away by the 4th day I took it and now it's hardly noticeable. I started using it so I could easily lower my daily dose of Adderall (prescribed for ADD) and it did the job well.
